Submission Requirements

1). Language
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

3). Submission Types
* Abstract submission for presentation only without publication.
* Full paper submission for both presentation and publication.

4). Paper Length
Each full paper should be no less than 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If the length of the full paper exceeds 10 pages, the cost of each extra page is 60 USD / 400 RMB / page.


 Submission Process

1). Download the Paper Template for formatting your paper.
2). Submit your paper to Online Submission System or mlmi_contact@163.com.
     - via online submission system: an account is needed, if you don't have, please register first.
     - via mailbox: the email subject should be named as "Submission-MLMI 2024-Full Paper/ Abstract".
3). The conference secretary (mlmi_contact@163.com) will contact you within three working days once receiving your submission.


 Policy on Multiple Submissions

MLMI 2024 will not accept any paper that, at the time of submission, is under review for, has already been published in, or has already been accepted for publication in, a journal or another venue with formally published proceedings.


 Peer Review Process

MLMI 2024 provides double blind peer review for all papers submitted. Some the submissions are rejected without being sent out for external per review on the grounds of priority, insufficient originality and scientific flaws. A decision on such papers is taken quickly, usually within 2-3 weeks.

The remaining manuscripts should be evaluated by two reviewers and by the anonymous expert member of the technical program committee, usually within 2 weeks. Authors are welcome to suggest suitable independent reviewers.

Once the paper draft was reviewed and corrected draft (if it necessary) after comments from reviewers were received final decision concerning the publishing is made by the program chairs usually within one week.

Program chairs are the competent authority in taking decision(s) on selection or rejection of the manuscripts of all the research/review/similar articles submitted to MLMI 2024. The decision taken by program chairs is final in all respects and no further comments/communications from authors in this regard is expected.
